A new Ethiopian law, Telecom Crime Controlling Prevention Proclamation, which was ratified on May 24 but has largely gone unnoticed, criminalizes the use of VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) services such as Skype, Viber, Paltalk, Yahoo Messenger and Google Voice. - More
