Syrian capital sees heavy clashes for 2nd day

Activists say opposition fighters are clashing with Syrian government forces in the capital of Damascus today for a second day.

The fighting in several neighbourhoods is among the heaviest since the uprising against President Bashar al-Assad's regime began in March last year, activists and residents say.
